Academy
A programme for researchers at any career stage who want to grow as leaders and support the development of science in the Czech Republic. The Academy addresses many aspects of a scientist’s everyday life, from personal growth and confidence building to effective collaboration. Whether you are just beginning your career, leading a team, or shaping an institution, it offers space to reflect, learn and connect.
Already this autumn, you can look forward to the first webinars introducing all modules of the Academy and giving you a taste of what will be on offer. In addition, we will gradually add community-focused events and activities. In an informal setting, we want to open conversations on specific topics that can inspire and move Czech science forward.
The full programme will officially start in January 2026, and we will share more details soon.
Core modules
The Academy is built around three main modules that guide you through personal growth, working with your team, and developing your institution as a whole ecosystem. Along the way, we will also focus on specific skills connected to the scientific environment and everyday practice. You can choose the areas that fit best with your current role and goals.
