Leadership Academy for Researchers supports scientists in developing leadership skills essential for excellent and sustainable research. It focuses not only on individual growth but also on strengthening research culture, openness, and international competitiveness. The academy connects leading Czech institutions with global best practices.

The Academy is built around three main modules that guide you through personal growth, working with your team, and developing your institution as a whole ecosystem.
