Speakers

  • Michaela Köszegi
    Michaela, an ICF-accredited coach, guides managers on their journey towards authentic leadership. Her training in psychotherapy, a systemic approach, coaching training and psychological education enable her to remove the obstacles that prevent managers from realising their full potential. Thanks to her many years’ experience working with teams and individuals from a variety of backgrounds – from corporations to non-profit organisations, and from team leaders to CEOs – she has a deep insight into leadership.
  • Marek Marušinec
    Marek is a coach, trainer and consultant for leaders and for those who aspire to become leaders. His aim is to help leaders become more self-aware and competent so that they can have a positive influence on their teams and entire organisations. Marek has 15 years’ experience of leading teams, departments and entire branches, whether in operations, administration or sport. It is precisely this experience, combined with his training in psychotherapy and coaching, that he draws on in his work.
