Michaela, an ICF-accredited coach, guides managers on their journey towards authentic leadership. Her training in psychotherapy, systemic approach, coaching training and background in psychology enable her to remove the obstacles that prevent managers from realising their full potential.
Thanks to her many years’ experience working with teams and individuals from a variety of backgrounds – from corporations to non-profit organisations, and from team leaders to CEOs – she has a deep understanding of leadership. This is reflected in all the courses that Michaela leads as a trainer.
Her aim is to help leaders (not only of scientific teams) become inspiring leaders who lead with confidence and positively influence both their teams and their entire organisations.
She is the founder of the "Abeceda lídra" project and, together with Marek Marušinec, is collaborating with us on the "Science Leadership Lab" development programme for scientific leaders.
