Marek is a coach, trainer and consultant for leaders and for those who aspire to become leaders. Leadership is his passion and his mission. He believes that personal development is a long-term journey that requires depth and a comprehensive approach.
Marek has 15 years’ experience leading teams, departments and entire branches, whether in operations, administration or sport. It is precisely this experience, combined with his psychotherapy and coaching training, that he draws on in his work. His aim is to help leaders become more self-aware and competent so that they can positively influence their teams and entire organisations.
He is the founder of the "Abeceda lídra" project and, together with Michaela Köszegi, is collaborating with us on the "Science Leadership Lab" development programme for scientific leaders.
