She began her career working on projects for gifted pupils and students, focusing on effective learning methodologies and talent development. Close collaboration with gifted students and their instructors gave her deep insight into how human cognition and motivation function in expert environments.

She later built on this experience during six years at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where, as HR Manager of a research center, she designed and implemented HR processes within a top-tier international research environment.
