The pilot edition runs from January to June 2026 and is structured into six thematic modules combining inspirational online webinars led by Filip Kahoun with hands-on workshops facilitated by Jana Puhalová.

The modules focus on real-life leadership challenges in research, from self-awareness and communication to team dynamics, institutional culture, and strategic leadership. Developed within the LASER-PRO project, the programme brings together researchers from institutions across the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Ukraine, creating an international learning space for sharing experience, perspectives, and practical solutions.
