This course is organized in collaboration with the Brain4Industry Academy and is designed primarily for startups and technology companies. However, it can also be highly valuable for scientists and researchers in leadership roles, as the principles of Talent Management are universal and apply across sectors.
The two-hour workshop (held in Czech) offers a practical insight into modern talent management – from attracting top talent to retaining and developing them without unnecessary pampering. We’ll explore what truly works today in the context of change, generational dynamics, and growing company value through people, and look at concrete, real-world examples. The workshop is completely FREE.
